Book Rental Terms and Conditions
Must be eighteen (18) years of age.
A fee of Five Dollars ($5.00) will be charged per day until the book is returned or the full price of the book has been met at which point the renter gains ownership of the book. Rental fees are not negotiable/refundable.
At time of rental a deposit of the full price of the rented book must be provided. Upon return of the rented book the deposit will be refunded minus the difference of the rental fee.
Books returned before 11:00 am will not be charged for a days rental.
Rented books must be returned to the store in the condition the renter received them. Failure to return a book in its original condition will result in loss of the customers deposit and the renter will gain ownership of the book.
Not all titles are available For rent.
Rentals may not be available at all times.
Unacceptable Damage/Changes
* Stains of any sort
* Water damage
* Missing, torn or loose pages/cover
* Handwriting, marking/highlighting
* Broken spine/binding
* Any other significant damage that would prevent us from renting it
Condition of returned merchandise is subject to employee inspection/approval.
